Before & After School Care
YMCA Child Care Programs available at Beechview
Before and after school care is available on site. Morning care is from 7:15am until start of school. After-school care begins at dismissal (3:50pm) and lasts until 6:00 pm.
When Farmington Schools have a half day, child care is available from dismissal (11:40am) until 6:00 pm. If Farmington Schools does not have a school day, there is no child care provided. Experienced staff see to the safety and care of Beechview students. Games, books, snacks and exercise are provided each day.

FPS Elementary schools partner with the YMCA to offer before- and after-school care in a safe, welcoming environment where students can learn, play, and grow beyond the school day. With caring staff and a mix of academic support, creative activities, and active play, the program helps children build confidence, friendships, and healthy habits.
Welcome to Before/After School Care Registration
Welcome to the Farmington Family YMCA’s Afterschool Program! All registration is online. If you are unable to enroll online, please contact Kam Uebbing for further information. To begin enrollment, visit the Active Network Activity Search.
Once enrolled, participants will receive a welcome email to ePACT, our user-friendly student information collection system.
Programming will start on Monday August 25th, 2025. Please note that half-day registration is separate from PM registration. Families in need of care for the half day will need to be pre-registered at least four days in advance.
